Residents in the Beccles area are being reminded the town's Citizens Advice branch is open to people seeking help three times a week.
The Citizens Advice East Suffolk branch at 12 New Market is open for appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
To arrange an appointment call 0808 278 7866 or email advice@caes.org.uk
However the advice charity says if people have an urgent need and call in in person, it will do its best to help them.
