Hail and heavy rainfall are set to hit parts of Suffolk today as the Met Office issues warnings around the country for snow.
A yellow weather warning for snow is currently in place from the north of England to Peterborough as an Arctic blast moves south from Scotland.
Suffolk has avoided the weather warning but is still set for some wintry showers, with the worst of the weather set to hit at about 12pm.
According to the Met Office weather map, Haverhill and Sudbury could see snow between 10.30am and 11am, before the band moves to cover areas around Framlingham, Halesworth and Southwold at around midday.

A spokeswoman for the Met Office described the weather conditions as "challenging" for those travelling.
A band of rain is set to move northwards from the south coast until it hits the Midlands, where snow is expected to start falling.
The rain is due to clear in Suffolk in the afternoon before the county is hit by a second burst of wet weather later in the evening.
"Wherever you are," said the spokeswoman for the Met Office, "it is a cold day, with winds picking up this evening in the east."
Showery bursts will continue into Friday morning.
