Reedham Primary and Nursery School took part in Brake's Road Safety Week in a bid to keep pupils safe on the roads.

Pupils engaged in lively discussions about car speeds and listened to informative talks about road safety and potential risks.

Cantley Factory generously donated high visibility jackets to all the children from the school, aiding their safety while travelling to and from school.

Pupils were also invited to design posters encouraging drivers to reduce speed within Reedham, with Reedham Parish Council selecting four winning designs.

The children enjoyed taking part in the competition and learning about keeping safe during November's Road Safety Week.

The stand-out designs by winners Dinuyan, James, Rosanna and Thivane were transformed into signs and installed throughout Reedham.

Besides visibility on local roads, the young designers also received certificates and a special voucher in recognition of their winning contributions.
