Police have confirmed that a woman who went missing and was the subject of an extensive search has been found.

Stephanie Parker, 63, was last seen at her home address in Lowestoft at 11.30am yesterday, and was reported as missing to police.

An extensive search involving Suffolk Police, coastguard teams and Lowestoft Lifeboat took place on the coast this morning, but nothing was found and the rescue teams were stood down.

Ms Parker was, however, located safe and well in Norwich this afternoon (Wednesday, June 20).

Officers would like to thank the public and media for their assistance with this appeal.
