Get involved as a series of healthy walks are held

A number of healthy walks in the Waveney area have been organised by OneLife Suffolk.

On Monday, March 12, there is a 2.5-mile walk in Kessingland. Meet at Kessingland Beach car park at 10.30am for this walk to Kessingland marshes.

Next Tuesday, March 13 a 3.75-mile walk will be held in Lowestoft. Meet at Normanston Park at 10.30am for this walk to Ivy House in Oulton Broad.

Next Wednesday, March 14, at 2pm, a three-mile walk will be held in Westleton. Meet at Westleton Nature Reserve car park for this walk around Dunwich forest. Also on Wednesday, March 14, at 2pm, a 1.5-mile walk will be held in Lowestoft. Meet at the Sparrows Nest car park on Whapload Road.

Next Friday, March 16, at 10.30am, a 3.4-mile walk will be held in the Ditchingham area. Meet at Green Lane car park, Ditchingham for this walk to Broome Place.
