On Monday (March 13) a group of staff and pupils from the Reydon-based school, attended the Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey.

The unique opportunity came as a result of the school successfully gaining tickets after entering a ballot several months ago.

As well as witnessing the procession of the flags of the 52 Commonwealth nations and hearing addresses from the many dignities in attendance.

The icing on the cake for two Year Six girls was getting their Order of Services signed by Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill.
