Skydive in memory of world renowned Beccles DJ Dominator is hailed a success

A charity skydive, held in memory of a popular Beccles DJ and producer, has raised funds for a worthy cause.

Just over £1,000 was raised for the charity as a tribute day was held in memory of Neil Aldred, also known as DJ Dominator.

On June 8 last year, Neil Aldred also known as DJ Dominator, died aged 33 after a short battle with cancer. He was described as “amazing, funny and talented,” and was known across the world for his musical talents,

Last Friday, June 8, Neil’s fiancé Sarah, along with a number of friends, embarked on a charity skydive at Ellough airfield – with funds raised for The National Foundation for Youth Music, a charity that provides opportunities for young people in challenging circumstances to change their lives through music.

A spokesman said: “The skydive went fabulously and there was a great turnout of spectators.”
