Hockey; A heavy overnight frost played havoc with the local hockey programme at the weekend, with most games being called off.

Lowestoft Ladies had an unscheduled day off in the East League Division One North while Lowestoft Railway’s men’s and women’s teams were also left idle by the wintry weather.

The teams have all now completed their fixtures for the year and are set to resume their league campaigns on the first weekend of 2018.
