The event is being held at the London Street department store at midday and 2pm on Saturday, April 28.
It will be in the demonstration kitchen, on the store’s basement floor, where she will be showcasing some of the recipes from her allergy-friendly cookbook, The Intolerant Gourmet. Recipes free from wheat, gluten, yeast, egg, dairy and soya are all included in the book.
