Rich Hall will be at Latitude Festival
Although music and comedy often take the headlines, Latitude Festival offers a range of other arts performances.
Some of the highlights this year include:

Poetry: Benjamin Zephaniah, Tony Harrison and John Cooper Clarke
Film: Paul Heaton’s The 8th and An English Journey Reimagined featuring Alan Moore
Theatre: Circa, Battersea Arts Centre and The National Theatre
Dance: Sadler’s Wells
Cabaret: Rich Hall’s Hoedown and Ida Barr’s Variety Parade
Children’s Arena: Arts and crafts for families

An event illustrating artists’ responses to the landscape of the Waveney and Blyth Valleys will be held at The Cut in Halesworth next weekend.
Waveney Light Opera Group (WLOG) may have just finished a sell-out performance of Singing in the Rain but they are already gearing up for their next production which will take them in a totally different direction.
The Old Time Radio Club are presenting Bram Stokers Gothic horror classic “Dracula” as a radio play on Friday, October 31, at Burgh St Peter Village Hall to mark Halloween.
There’s a busy weekend of contrasting entertainment coming up soon at the Beccles Public Hall starting on Saturday, October 25, with the mammoth clothes sale from 10am to noon and it’s free entry. The sale of good second-hand clothes is supported by Simone of Cloves Dress Agency, Beccles and Hall members thank her very much for this invaluable help with fundraising for the Public Hall.
