A road on the Norfolk and Suffolk border was closed following a police incident.
Witnesses reported the closure on the A146, from the Gillingham roundabout to the one near the Morrisons supermarket in Beccles.
One witness said officers were at the scene and asking motorists to turn around and find another route.
The road has now reopened.
Police have been contacted for more information.
