Experts have warned hay fever sufferers of a pollen explosion as temperatures soar to 21C this weekend.
The high pollen count will spark symptoms for thousands across Norfolk and Waveney, with one in two people battling hay fever according to Allergy UK.

The pollen explosion will peak in the East on Saturday with levels returning to medium within 24 hours.
The type of pollen particles released by plants and trees is different according to the time of the year.

Most who suffer from allergies to grass pollen will be affected in late spring and early summer.
Tree pollen, which affects 25pc of hay fever sufferers, circulates in spring with birch and ash trees the worst offenders.
Longer daylight hours and a mix of sunshine, wind and rain has created the conditions for tree pollen to spread through April.
