An 89-year-old former clerical assistant died in a care home after having a fall, an inquest has heard.

Helen Foster died on March 28 at Ingham Old Hall Care Home, near Stalham, where she lived at the time.

The inquest was opened on April 11 by area coroner Yvonne Blake, who confirmed the medical cause of death was a head injury.

The hearing was also told Mrs Foster, who had dementia, was married to a man named Ernest and had been born in Henstead, near Beccles.
