A 19-YEAR-old man has been cautioned for disorderly behaviour after dropping his trousers and urinating on a wall and pavement in Newgate in Beccles around 7.15pm last Wednesday.
The 19-year-old admitted that his behaviour had been unacceptable and could have been distressing to members of the public who may have seen the incident, and he was cautioned.
