AN aspiring film maker is offering companies across Waveney the chance to sponsor his latest venture.

Paul Easter will start filming his gangster film Stagger around Lowestoft, Southwold, Beccles and Rushmere next weekend.

The Lowestoft-based actor and film maker has already signed up more than 30 locals to work as extras in the film, which centres around Jake, who takes revenge after organisers of illegal raves in London muscle in on the parties he organises in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Now Mr Easter, 42, is looking for a local sponsor to help fund the filming, with the offer of a trailer on the DVD when it is released.

He is currently in talks with Ray Winstone's daughter Lois about her taking on a role in the film, which will feature Tamer Hassan, star of Football Factory and Layer Cake.

Mr Easter is also looking for five trained actors, aged between 20 and 45, to add to the cast.

Any trained actors or local sponsors can contact Mr Easter on 07833 583869.
