Two promoters have collaborated to produce a podcast focusing on both the comedy industry and their lives in Norfolk.
Kai Barron, from Shaft of Wit Comedy, and Paul Dunn, from WCB Comedy, have 30 years of combined experience promoting comedy shows between them.
And coincidentally have found themselves living side by side in Loddon.
Their podcast, ‘The Promoter Mouths’ is already into its fourth episode and the combination of chat about the comedy industry and their lives in Loddon is resulting in download figures skyrocketing.
Mr Barron said, “We have been blown away by the reaction from both local punters and comedy industry types.
"It’s really unusual for two promoters to live in the same rural area so it just made sense that we crack on with it.”
Their latest episode featured comedian and quizzer Paul ‘the sinner man’ Sinha.
“We’ve already been going down the pub exchanging opinions on all the latest comedy happenings as well as the local gossip about Loddon so this is the most fun thing to do,” Mr Dunn added.
