Time is running out for schools to sign up to be in with the chance of winning incredible Lego prizes.

Earlier this month, this newspaper launched a new campaign to give primary schools the chance to win vouchers to spend on Lego educational toys.

More than 175 schools in Norfolk have signed up already, with the deadline for registrations this week.

For many years, we have supported our schools by running an initiative to encourage learning, giving away more than £100,000.

This year promises to be no different.

Beccles & Bungay Journal:

Our latest education campaign means vouchers to spend on LEGO® Education with Creative Hut are up for grabs.

The aim is to get children and teachers to re-think STEM learning and encourage children to engage with learning in the classroom with Lego® Learning System.

Primary schools can collect daily and weekly tokens in the paper for a chance to win a voucher to spend on Lego® Education toys of your choice.

The winning schools - decided by the number of tokens as a ratio to the number of pupils - will receive £1,000.

Second prize will be £500, and every other school that collects more than 1,000 tokens will receive £50 to spend.

Tokens will be daily in the East Anglian Daily Times and Ipswich Star and weekly in the Beccles & Bungay Journal and Lowestoft Journal.

You can encourage teachers, parents, guardians, grandparents, friends and neighbours to bring their tokens in before they recycle their newspaper.

The first tokens will appear on Monday, February 20, and the final token on Saturday, April 29.

Schools can register now at: archant.wufoo.com/forms/win-educational-equipment providing your contact name, email address, postal address and telephone number and how many pupils you have in the school.

The deadline for schools to register has been extended until Friday, February 3 at 5pm.
