It's time to raise a glass to some of our region's pubs that have been honoured with awards for their outstanding service and drinks.

From ales to stouts, four premises have been celebrated as award-winning watering holes by CAMRA.

The North East Suffolk branch of CAMRA has announced its winners for its Pub of the Year awards.

'Overall Pub of the Year' winner was the Rumbugh Buck.

Taking the prize for the 'Town Pub of the Year' was the Bungay Green Dragon.

'Rural Pub of the Year' was the Westhall Racehorse and winning 'Club of the Year' was the Caxton Club in Beccles.

The winners of the North East Suffolk branch of CAMRA Pub of the Year categories were announced at its annual general meeting, held at the Caxton Club.

The North East Suffolk CAMRA branch meets at least once a month and this is usually on a Saturday.

They visit places served by public transport and hope to continue getting excellent attendance to their "surveys" of pubs.
