Photographers in the Beccles area are gearing up to showcase eye-catching images they have captured on their cameras.

The annual Beccles Camera Club exhibition is being held on Saturday, August 5 at the Waveney Centre from 10am to 4.30pm.

It will feature up to 120 images taken by members including a photograph by David Field of carmine bee-eaters, which is being used on a poster to promote the event.

At the club's recent AGM, Tom Swainson was elected secretary following the retirement of Linda Wilson, who was thanked for her work.
