One mad reveller at Latitude Festival made the most of the mud and seemingly "couldn't resist" the urge to play in it.

Milo Davis has been working for the past fortnight for Pink Moon Camping, setting up and maintaining the tents.

The 24-year-old, in between shifts, couldn't withhold the urge to "embrace" the boggy earth and slide on his front in it.

He said: "You only live once, got to embrace it and enjoy ourselves.

"I couldn't resist doing it - life is too short."

Mr Davis has now finished his shift for Sunday and is free to enjoy the rest of the festival until duty calls tomorrow.
