Police are appealing for witnesses after a 12-year-old boy was assaulted by a topless tattooed man at Darby Park in Beccles.
The suspect was topless when he grabbed the child by the neck and threw him to the floor on Friday 28 July, at about 6.30pm.

The man was described as being tall and had tattoos down his shoulders and arms.
A Suffolk police spokesperson said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact Beccles police, quoting crime number 37/44520/23."
