A Beccles eatery has added a takeaway shop to its successful cafe.

Spindler's, in Hungate, opened the doors to the takeaway on Monday where they will offer an expanded range of treats including cakes and pastries, as well as breakfast and lunchtime meal deals.

Spindler's cafe was opened last November by Holly Wilkinson and her head chef husband Adam.

Owner Holly Wilkinson said: "As it's gone so well in the cafe, we opened up next door as a little takeaway shop so it gives people a chance to come in and get all the cakes and stuff they like getting in the cafe.

"It was always the plan to open the takeaway once the cafe was up and running smoothly.

"The takeaway shop will be helpful for the holidays when we're full in the cafe."

The takeaway be open every day apart from Tuesday, during the same hours as the cafe.
