A bank holiday weekend beer festival is hoping to raise a substantial amount for a hospice charity.
The Bungay Beer and Music Festival has picked East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) as its chosen charity partner.
The festival's regulars, who have proven themselves to be very generous in the past, are expected to support the cause wholeheartedly.
The free festival, first hosted in 2016, is taking place at Pimhow Street's Maltings Pavilion on August 23 and 24.

Last year, festival attendees raised close to £3,500, and the organisers are optimistic about reaching a similar figure this year.
As well as collecting donations, this year the organisers are also selling special Bungay Beer and Music Festival T-shirts for £12.
Proceeds from the sales will go towards EACH.
Festival organiser Stuart Buck said: “It’s a local charity and one that’s well-known and respected within our community. People are keen to get behind it and show their support.
“On a personal note, I’ve always been aware of its work and previously organised golf days and fundraisers for the former Quidenham hospice.
“However, having been invited along to The Nook last year, it really brought home what an incredible and important charity EACH is."
This year's festival will showcase an array of real ales, ciders, wines, spirits, lagers and soft drinks.

It will also feature food trucks and family entertainment, making it a great day out for the whole family.
Live music will be provided by several bands like 4D Jones, The Harpoons UK, Butcher’s Dog, Nr Ska, Mike, The Satanics, Blue Plate Specials, and Brew Orleans.
Ellie Miller, EACH’s senior community fundraiser for Norfolk, expressed her gratitude: “I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the Bungay Beer and Music Festival.
“We wouldn’t be able to do what we do – supporting children, young people and families who need us the most."
It runs from 6pm to midnight on August 23 and 1pm to midnight the next day.
