Beccles Rotarians were welcomed at the Norwich Airport base of the East Anglian Air Ambulance when they visited with a cheque for £2,100 – half the proceeds from this year’s Beccles Cycle for Life ride.
Luckily the helicopter was there for the photo, but very soon afterwards it was called out to a road accident and it took off within a few minutes.
Pictured are the two pilots, Martin and Robin (in black), paramedic or doctor Jamie and Chris (wearing orange), EAAA Fundraiser Mark Wilson (in red coat) and Rotarians Paul Randle (president), Bernard King and John Swanbury.
