A Beccles man has been charged with child sex offences, including involving an under-13 in prostitution.
Andrew Matthews, 45, of Darby Road, is accused of two counts of arranging/facilitating the commission of a child sex offence and arranging/facilitating the prostitution/involvement in pornography of a child under 13 - both under section 50 of the Sexual Offences Act.
The allegations were made when he appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Monday. No plea was entered by the defendant for the two counts.
At the same hearing Matthews pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children between February 19, 2012 and June 12, 2017.
Matthews will next appear before Ipswich Crown Court on January 8, 2018 for a Pre-Trial Case Management hearing.
