An evening of entertainment provided a fitting end to the school careers of students at Bungay High.

The 80 year 13 students celebrated the end of their sixth form career at Bungay High School with a dinner and dance at Rookery Park Golf Club.

A spokesman for the school, in Queens Road, said: “The students were a credit to spend the evening with, and it was a fitting end to their school careers. The students have been working hard in preparation for their examinations and the evening allowed them some time to enjoy spending time with each other.

“For some, they have been with their peers since reception and so it was an ideal way to say goodbye. Rookery Park provided us with an excellent meal and the students enjoyed dancing away until late in the evening.”

Presentations were made by the sixth form team, as Will Binder and Eleanor Baker finished their tenure as head boy and head girl with farewell speeches. We wish them all the best for their exams and for their futures.”
