POLICE closed a north Suffolk road yesterday afternoon (Friday) after a collision between a car and a parked van.
The crash happened in London Road, Beccles, at about 2.50pm and involved a green Renault Laguna and a Ford Transit van.
Police said the male driver of the car escaped uninjured but officers closed the road for more than an hour to allow for the vehicle to be recovered.
