A WOMAN escaped without injuries after the car she was driving rolled over in Thurton in the early hours of yesterday.

The incident happened at shortly before 1.

A WOMAN escaped without injuries after the car she was driving rolled over in Thurton in the early hours of yesterday.

The incident happened at shortly before 1.20am on Norwich Road, and left the woman trapped in the car.

An ambulance service spokesman said a crew went to the scene and paramedics found the woman to be conscious and breathing.

Once the 21-year-old had been freed from the vehicle by Norfolk fire crews, she was assessed at the scene and did not need to be taken to hospital.
