A scooter, power tools, and a safe are just some of the items stolen from Beccles’ property in a spate of burglaries.
The Suffolk town suffered two burglaries in one night on Tuesday, April 24, with the Beccles Conservative Club in London Road having cash and a safe stolen alongside damage to the property after offenders forced their way into the building.
On the same night a shed in Centre Close was forced open with a Yamaha scooter and garden tools being stolen.
There was no let up for residents, with a van and a shed on Castle Hill being broken into and power tools stolen.
Anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour or has any knowledge of the incidents should contact Suffolk police on 101, quoting crime number 22378/18 for the break-in at the Conservative Club, 22476/18 for the Centre Close incident, and quote reference CAD 65 of Thursday, April 26 for the incident in Castle Hill.
