Around 100 golfers took to the fairways in the main competition, a putting contest and raffle, which together raised a total of £4,800.
The money will go towards the running costs of the Pear Tree Centre, which is being built on land next to cutlers Hill surgery in Halesworth and is due to open later this year or early next year.
Ted Edwards, co-chair of the Pear Tree Centre project, said: "We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported our golf day and made it go with such a swing. Golfers from across East Anglia and as far afield as Chelmsford joined us this year, and really enjoyed the day.
"Our thanks go to those who took part, our fantastic volunteers who worked so hard to make sure the day ran smoothly and to everyone at Halesworth Golf Club for their ongoing support."
