Since opening in March 2018, Grandora Care Lodge in Blundeston in Lowestoft has been honoured with two top awards in successive years.

They have been recognised with a prestigious Top 20 award by carehome.co.uk which states that ‘Grandora Care Lodge has been recognised Top 20 recommended care home in East of England.’

Maxine Burnett, manager, said: “We opened in March 2018, so within two-and-a-half years we have been recognised with these honours. Currently we have three residents, with a fourth arriving next week, and we have capacity for four.

“We have 11 staff, and to gain these awards within the first 18 months was amazing – we were thrilled.

“The reviews were brilliant and this is testament to the hard work of the whole team.”
