Loddon Infant and Nursery School has had to remain closed for a second successive day after engineers failed to come and repair the school’s heating problems yesterday.
The Kittens Lane school had managed to stay operational without heating last Thursday and Friday but felt temperatures were too low to ask their young pupils to attend at the start of this week.
Heating engineers are working on the problems at the Loddon school today and it is hoped that pupils will be able to attend lessons again tomorrow.
