A 24-MILE sponsored bike ride through Suffolk has been organised for anyone wanting a bit of fun while taking some exercise in fresh country air. The route, which takes in six pubs, will start at the Wissett Plough Inn in Halesworth on Saturday at 10.
A 24-MILE sponsored bike ride through Suffolk has been organised for anyone wanting a bit of fun while taking some exercise in fresh country air.
The route, which takes in six pubs, will start at the Wissett Plough Inn in Halesworth on Saturday at 10.30am.
Anyone wishing to take part can call Debbie and Nick Sumner at the Plough on 01986 872201. Sponsorship forms are available from the pub, and money will go towards the town's Beech House Residential Home, where the couple's daughter Becky undertook a work placement.
