Jewellery, silverware and personal documents were among the items stolen from a house in Ballygate in Beccles.
The burglary happened between 9am on January 21 and 9pm on January 22.
Between those times a claret coloured jewellery case, gold rings, necklaces and brooches, a gold ring with three diamonds, a gold and sapphire ring, a gold bracelet watch in a brown leather box, a silver jug and a silver plate and silver tea set were all stolen.
One of the necklaces had distinctive sailing boats on, and anyone who has been offered any of these items or something similar for sale should get in touch with the police.
Anyone who saw something suspicious in the area during the time, or has information about the stolen property should contact Waveney CID on 101, quoting crime number 13674/16 or call Crimestoppers, anonymously if required, on 0800 555 111.
