A MAN has been arrested in connection with a one-night thieving spree in Halesworth.

At least four shops and offices in the town were targeted overnight on September 10, when three laptops and a digital camera were taken from an office in Bridge Street and cash was stolen after someone broke into a grocer's.

At least four shops and offices in the town were targeted overnight on September 10, when three laptops and a digital camera were taken from an office in Bridge Street and cash was stolen after someone broke into a grocer's.

There was an attempted burglary at a shop on the Thoroughfare and a window at a newsagent on the same street was smashed.

A 50-year-old man is on bail until October 15.
