Man assaulted in Beccles
A 36-year-old man has been assaulted in Hungate Lane car park in Beccles as he tried to get into his car.The incident happened around 1.30am on Monday morning when three men became verbally abusive to the victim and started to push him around as he tried to walk back to his vehicle.

The incident happened around 1.30am on Monday morning when three men became verbally abusive to the victim and started to push him around as he tried to walk back to his vehicle.
A fourth man tried to intervene and help.
The 36-year-old's girlfriend who had been in the car went to his assistance and the three men then left heading towards New Market.
The victim was left with two black eyes, bruising, cuts and a nose bleed.
All three men are described as white and in their late teens to early 20s.

One was about 6ft 1in tall, of slim build and he was wearing a vivid blue top. Another was slightly shorter, around 5ft 10in, of medium build and was wearing a white or cream coloured jacket, and the third was about 6ft tall and of medium to heavy build.
