A 73-YEAR-old man has appeared in court to deny four charges relating to a dispute with his neighbours. Married Ray Vickers, formerly of Banham Road, Beccles, but who told Lowestoft magistrates he was now of no fixed abode, is charged with causing harassment, alarm or distress, criminal damage to his neighbours' car, and two counts of failing to answer his bail.
