A HOUSING developer has submitted plans for 112 new homes on the former Express Plastics site at Loddon.
Outline planning permission for residential development was granted in 2007 and the application submitted to South Norfolk Council by Taylor Wimpey is for approval of reserved matters.
The proposal is for 112 new build 'private' dwellings with associated parking and open space.
The site, which is now redundant, was previously used by Express Plastics, which has relocated to a new purpose-built factory at Ellough, near Beccles. The application will be discussed at a future South Norfolk Council planning committee meeting.
