SOMEONE broke into premises at Sandpit Lane, Ellough, between 10am on Wednesday December 31 and 6am this morning, Monday, and siphoned approximately 300 litres diesel from the tanks of three HGV vehicles.
SOMEONE broke into premises at Sandpit Lane, Ellough, between 10am on Wednesday December 31 and 6am this morning, Monday, and siphoned approximately 300 litres diesel from the tanks of three HGV vehicles.
Today police have taken a report of another similar theft from HGVs on a site on the B1062 at Flixton over the night of Sunday January 4 and this morning.
Police are urging businesses to take steps to try to prevent such thefts and are asking anyone with information about the incidents or those responsible to call PC 586 Gard on 01986 835300.
