Police seeking information on purse

A YELLOW purse, containing cash and cards, was stolen from a shop in Upper Olland Street, in Bungay, around 10.15am on Tuesday.

A shop worker briefly went to the back of the premises and returned to see a man, described as white, in his late teens to mid 20s, of slim build, around 5ft 4ins tall, possibly with a moustache and wearing a light blue top with red writing on the front, fleeing from the store.

A shop worker briefly went to the back of the premises and returned to see a man, described as white, in his late teens to mid 20s, of slim build, around 5ft 4ins tall, possibly with a moustache and wearing a light blue top with red writing on the front, fleeing from the store.

The woman then noticed her purse was missing. Anyone with information about the incident or the man involved is asked to call PC 878 Thomas at Bungay on 01986 835300.
