Five customers and the landlord from the Ditchingham Duke of York pub have completed a sponsored bike ride covering 34 miles and visiting 12 pubs between Ditchingham and Halesworth.
Now that the money pledged has been collected in, the team has raised a total of £1,050, to be donated to All Hallows Hospital through the Waveney Valley Darts League of which the Duke of York is a member.
Landlord John Letters said: “Last year our cycle team raised £536 for Children in Need, so it is satisfying to nearly double that total for the local hospital.
We must thank our generous sponsors, as well as the pubs that hosted us en route.”
