The gardens at a spectacular country house are set to open as part of a national initiative.
Redisham Hall’s five-acre grounds, including a two-acre walled kitchen garden, will be available for the public to explore from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, July 15.
Sitauted near Beccles, the gardens’ opening is part of the National Open Garden Scheme, which sees the gates of more than 3,500 private gardens swing open to raise money for charity.
Among the charities being supported at Redisham this year are Marie Curie, Macmillan Cancer Support, Hospice UK, Carers Trust, Parkinson’s UK and MS Society UK.
Admission is £4.50 , while children under 16 go free. Tea and cake will be on offer and plants will be available to purchase. Dogs are not permitted.
