Two men charged in connection with burglary after 60in TV is stolen

Two men have been charged in connection with a burglary in which a 60in flat screen TV was stolen.

The incident occurred between 4.50pm and 5.15pm when offenders forced entry to a property on Victoria Terrace, in Lowestoft.

A 60in Samsung flat screen TV with red trim, a Sky box and a Playstation 4 and controller was taken.

Sean Maginn, aged 52, of Pier Terrace, and David Hawthorn, aged 39, of North Denes have been charged with burglary and are due to appear in court today (Monday, January 29).

Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of these items, or who may have been offered them for sale, should contact East CID at Lowestoft Police Station on 101 quoting crime reference number 37/5001/18.
