Emergency services attended an incident in Haddiscoe after a car came off the road and ended up in a ditch.
Police were called at 7.10pm on Saturday (November 11) evening following a report of a single vehicle collision on the A143 Haddiscoe bends.
The East of England Ambulance Service sent an ambulance crew, two ambulance officers and an East Anglian Air Ambulance to the scene, whilst Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent one appliance from Gorleston.
Upon arrival, emergency services found that a silver BMW had come off the A143 and gone into a ditch, injuring the driver and passenger of the car.
Both patients were described as experiencing stomach pains; one was airlifted to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the other was driven to James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The road was closed whilst emergency services attended the incident and reopened once the scene was safe.
