Police have confirmed that a motorcyclist has died after a three-vehicle crash in Norfolk.

Police were called to the A143 at Haddiscoe at 2pm on Friday, to reports of a crash involving two cars and a motorcycle.

The road was closed for about five hours while emergency services attended the scene.

Drivers were advised to avoid the area, with diversions via the B1136.

Police later confirmed that the male rider of a green Kawasaki motorcycle, which had been travelling towards St Olaves, died at the scene.

The identity of the motorcyclist has not been revealed at this time.

The other vehicles involved were an orange Vauxhall Corsa and a red Audi A4 estate, which had been travelling in the opposite direction.

Police said nobody else was injured in the crash.

Police would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone who saw the motorbike before the crash.

Witnesses are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team (SCIT) at Norfolk Constabulary on 101.
