POLICE are seeking witnesses after a vehicle failed to stop after colliding with a parked car in Beccles on Monday December 21.A blue Corsa was parked in the layby outside of Tesco in Newsgate around 10am when another vehicle, believed to have been a dark green hatchback or small people carrier, collided with the side of the car.
