Bungay Black Dog Running Club's training ground played host to more than 200 competitors at the first of its Wednesday evening Summer Series of three 10k races.

The 2019 edition of the staged cycle race got under way from Beccles this morning.

With less than 24 hours to go, four champions of the OVO Energy Women's Tour are ready to set Suffolk alight with fierce racing between Beccles and Stowmarket.

The Great British Cycling Festival comes to Norfolk this June, offering fun, free activities and everyone is invited to share in the action of this exciting spectacle.

Beccles Town welcomed back Caister to replay the abandoned 3-3 draw from earlier in the season, when a Caister player was badly injured, and recorded an impressive 4-1 win.
