JUST a gentle reminder that the badminton season is nearly upon us again, so all you past, present and potential new members of Beccles Badminton Club write this date down in your diaries.
They start the new season on Wednesday, September 3 at the Beccles Sports Centre from 7pm and play until 10pm.
They play every Wednesday until the season finishes on the last Wednesday in March 2009.
Beccles Badminton Club is a friendly club with a competitive nature, always welcoming new members.
The club runs four teams in the Norwich and District League. They consist of one ladies' team, one men's team and two mixed teams.
Last season was very good for the mixed A team, men's and ladies as these teams all gained promotion, although the mixed B were relegated they did have an enjoyable season and look forward to getting back to winning ways this season.
If you are interested in joining just come along on September 3 and give it a go.
