AT the Norfolk and Suffolk Veterans' League end-of-season finale held at Bungay FC Norfolk Veteran footballers completed the double over Suffolk.
Norfolk Over-35's beat their counterparts from Suffolk by three goals without reply. On target were John Davies, Darren Nichols (Horsford) and man-of-the-match Paul Reeve (Aylsham Black Boys).
Norfolk Over-45's came from three down to beat Suffolk 4-3. Marksmen for Norfolk were man-of-the-match Jeff Meggeson (Horsford) 2, Richard Nicholls (Griffin) and Mick Sanders (Cringleford). Michael Earrye (Bungay), Mark Grafflin (BAR 129) and Rob Wall (Bury) replied.
Aylsham Black Boys were represented by Wayne Coe, James Nichols and Paul Reeve in the Norfolk Over-35 team.
