Bungay Tennis Club have staged the final Saturday session of the six week Tennis for Kids coaching programme, sponsored by the Lawn Tennis Association.
Ten youngsters between five and eight years old were registered for the course back in May and have been playing each week.
All have really enjoyed the experience and have had fun. There has been plenty of parent participation too with feeding tennis balls and playing games.
At the final session, coach Gary Howe gave out certificates to all the participants and the prized free tennis racket. Most said they wanted to carry on playing after the course in the junior coaching programmes on a Wednesday evening at Bungay High School (6-7pm) or from 12.30-13.30pm on a Saturday afternoon at the Maltings.
